Cumin – 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped – 2
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
Sliced ​​Onion – 1/4 cup
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Jeera Rice
To make flavourful cumin rice, first peel the onion and then cut it into thin slices and separate them. After this, finely chop green chilies and green coriander. Now put some oil in a pan, put onion slices in it and fry on medium heat. Fry the onion till it turns golden brown and then take it out in a plate and keep it aside.

Now clean the rice and wash it 2-3 times with water. After this, keep the rice soaked in water for 10 minutes, then filter it and keep it aside. Now put 2 cups of water in a vessel and keep it for boiling. Meanwhile, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the ghee, add cumin, green chillies and fry for a few seconds. When cumin starts crackling, add rice to it and fry for about 5 minutes.
